1. Introduction

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through www.sneharanaturals.com ("Website"), operated by Swami Samarth Cold Press Oils and Organics, under the brand Snehara Naturals.

By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
 

2. Nature of Products

Snehara Naturals primarily sells food products, including but not limited to:

• Cold Pressed Oils

• Cow Ghee

• Kitchen Staples

• Other edible products introduced from time to time.

As these products are consumable in nature, returns are accepted only in the circumstances specified in this Policy.
 

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If the cancellation request is approved, any payment received will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of banks or payment service providers.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Customers may refuse delivery only where permitted under applicable law. Any applicable shipping or return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, where legally permissible.
 

4. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received a wrong product.

• You received a damaged product.

• The product was leaking or damaged during transit.

• The product received is substantially different from what was ordered.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
 

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

For reasons of hygiene, food safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns in the following situations:

• Change of mind.

• Taste or personal preference.

• Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

• Products that have been opened, used or partially consumed.

• Products without original packaging.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

• Requests made after the applicable reporting period unless required by law.

Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
 

6. Reporting a Return Request

To initiate a return, replacement or refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@sneharanaturals.com.

Please include:

• Order Number

• Customer Name

• Contact Number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of:

  • the outer package,

  • the shipping label,

  • the product received,

  • the batch number and expiry date (if applicable), and

  • the damaged or defective portion of the product.

Additional information may be requested to facilitate investigation.
 

7. Inspection and Verification

Upon receiving your request, we may:

• review the photographs provided;

• seek additional information;

• request the return of the product, where appropriate; or

• conduct verification with our logistics partner.

Approval of any return, replacement or refund is subject to verification.
 

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original mode of payment.

Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

The actual credit timeline depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI application or payment service provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

• the wrong product was supplied;

• the product was damaged during transit;

• the product was defective; or

• otherwise required under applicable law.
   

9. Replacements

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion or where required by law.
 

10. Orders Refused at Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without a valid reason permitted under this Policy or applicable law, we reserve the right to deduct actual shipping, return shipping and handling charges from any refund, where legally permissible.
 

11. Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

• repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts because the recipient was unavailable;

• refusal to accept delivery without valid reason; or

• failure to respond to the courier,

we shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. Any reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.
 

12. Fraudulent or Excessive Claims

We reserve the right to reject any return, replacement or refund request that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, excessive or inconsistent with this Policy.

Repeated misuse of this Policy may result in suspension or restriction of future purchases.
 

13. Statutory Rights

Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to the extent such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.

The revised version shall be published on the Website with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the Website following publication of the revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
